My observations around the league

Here is a quick look at what I think about the first 4 weeks of this young NFL season:
1. Brett Favre has not lost any passion for the game of football. 6 TD's last week...c'mon, that only happens in Madden games!
2. I do not see the Patriots being very good without Tom Brady. I just dont see that "it" factor with Matt Cassel. Cassel's stats look like this through 3 games: 448 yards passing, with 2 TD's and 1 INT. Cassel MUST get Randy Moss the ball. BYE week came at a great time for the Patriots!
3. Trent Edwards has the Bills in a great position in the AFC East. He very well may lead this team to the playoffs.
4. Cleveland Browns are not who they were last year. They should keep Anderson at QB for right now, but if he gets any more sloppy, bring in the Quinn!
5. The Bengals are horrible. I don't understand how this offense can be this bad. They have Palmer, Ocho-Cinco, and Houshmandzadeh. Come together guys.
6. The Titans (my team) are great this year. They have a sensationsal rookie running back in Chris Johnson and their defense in lights out. Albert Haynesworth and Cortland Finnegan should be contenders for Best Defensive Player award.
7. Jay Cutler has turned out to be the best QB in the 2005 NFL draft. In 4 games his stats are as follows: 1,275 yards passing, 9 TD's, and 4 INT's. Jay Cutler is a future hall of famer in ther making.
8. The Kansas City Chiefs need a long term QB. Huard, Croyle, and Thigpen are not the answer.
9. Al Davis needs to step down. The Raiders need a change and I do not think it should have been the firing of Lane Kiffin.
10. The New York Giants do not have a Super Bowl hangover. They are 1 of 3 undefeated teams left in the league.
11. Matt Forte was a steal out of Tulane in the 2nd round for the Chicago Bears. He is up there in the top rookie rankings this year.
12. Jason Campbell has made great strides this year. He looks more polished and is getting Sananta Moss the ball, which is essential for the Redskins to win.
13. The Lions are horrible. How can Jon Kitna be so bad? He has Roy Williams and Calvin Johnson at his disposal. I look for them to take a QB in the early rounds of the 2009 draft.
14. Aaron Rodgers is responding nicely to his critics. He had huge shoes to fill and he is filling them well.
15. Drew Brees is playing and MVP type season. Wait till he gets Colston back!

That is just a few of my observations I have noticed so far this year.
